Advocate Karuna Sharma is the Founding Partner of KSD Legal and leads the firm’s strategic vision, client relationships, and legal practice. She is committed to delivering practical, client-focused legal solutions with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Her practice encompasses Corporate & Commercial Law, Civil Litigation, Contract Drafting & Negotiation, Property Law, Employment & Labour Law, Regulatory Compliance, and Dispute Resolution. She advises businesses, startups, institutions, and individual clients on a wide range of legal and commercial matters.
Under her leadership, KSD Legal delivers strategic legal representation and advisory services before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial forums through a collaborative team of experienced legal professionals.
Diwakar Sinha
Founding Partner
With over two decades of expertise in litigation and corporate practice, Diwakar Sinha brings exceptional depth to the KSD Legal team. He regularly appears before various courts, including the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court, handling matters spanning project finance, investment and concession agreements, power purchase agreements, criminal and civil appeals, arbitration, labour and service disputes, property litigation, and consumer affairs.
He is highly experienced in handling criminal matters, including trials, NI Act cases, quashing petitions under Section 482 Cr.P.C., as well as writs, revisions, and appeals before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and other courts. He also specialises in bail and anticipatory bail matters.
Over his career, he has represented prominent clients such as Mother Dairy Fruits & Vegetables Pvt. Ltd., Bank of Baroda, Prasar Bharti, and Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd., and has served as Legal Aid Counsel on the Delhi Government panel.
Jawahar Singh, IPS (retd)

Mr. Jawahar Singh is a Senior Associate at KSD Legal and a retired Indian Police Service (IPS) officer of the 1986 batch who concluded an illustrious public service career as the Additional Director General of Police. During his tenure, he served in key leadership positions within the Maharashtra Police, the Border Security Force (BSF), and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), handling matters involving criminal investigation, law enforcement, internal security, and public administration.
Following his distinguished police service, he transitioned to legal practice and serves as Senior Counsel before the Supreme Court of India, advising and representing clients in complex constitutional, criminal, regulatory, and public law matters. His unique combination of policing, investigative, and courtroom experience enables him to provide strategic legal insight and effective representation in high-stakes disputes.
